Who We Are
Ross Tucker, Co-Founder & CEO
Ross recently retired from the NFL after a 7-year career that included stops in Washington, Dallas, Buffalo, New England and Cleveland. He started 24 games and played in 45 along the offensive line during his NFL career. Prior to the NFL, Ross attended Princeton University where he was a two-time Academic All-American as well as an All-Ivy selection for the Tigers.
In addition to his work with GoBigRecruiting.com, Ross is a motivational speaker and has several media interests. He is both a columnist and a host of the "Football Today" podcast for ESPN.com, host for SiriusXM NFL Radio, and an analyst for VERSUS, Sports USA Radio, and the YES Network
Jasen Esposito, Director of Sales
Jasen played collegiate football at Kutztown University where he was three-year starter and a first-team All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference selection in 2002. While at Kutztown, Jasen earned a Business degree in Finance. He signed with the New England Patriots in May of 2003 as an undrafted rookie free agent.
After being released by the Patriots, he was allocated by the Buffalo Bills to play for the Frankfurt Galaxy in NFL Europe. He then went on the play two seasons with the Buffalo Bills in 2004 and 2005. Most recently, Jasen was selected to play for Team Tennessee of first year All American Football League. However the league was postponed for the season. Jasen joined The Go Big Recruiting Team in March of 2008.
Steve Gaunt
Steve started coaching at Daniel Boone HS as an assistant from 2003 -2008. His professional career started when he became a defensive assistant with the Reading Express Professional Indoor Football Team of the AIFA in 2006. Steve was promoted to Defensive Coordinator the next year, helping them reach the league championship game. In 2009 he joined the Baltimore Mariners, also of the AIFA, as their D-Coordinator. In 2010 the Mariners went 16-0, winning a National Championship.
Currently Steve is the LB Coach at Valley Forge Military College in Wayne, PA. Steve has had success everywhere he has coached. He loves to teach players how to improve and reach their goals. Meeting new players and coaches, as part of GoBig Recruiting, is an enjoyable experience every day.
Troy Davis, Lead Developer
Troy played baseball, basketball, soccer and football, often badly, at different times throughout elementary and high school. But he ultimately chose the posture-saving career path of software development. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Electronic Media from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music in 1996. Founder of the Cincinnati Programmers Guild, he has written software for various types of businesses, advertising agencies and startup companies. His published work includes Web apps, Mac and Windows desktop apps, iPhone apps and a new type of point of sale device. Troy joined the Go Big Team in June of 2009.
