Go Big Recruiting, LLC is a Pennsylvania-based company whose mission is to use recent technological breakthroughs in the internet video industry to affect positive changes in the recruiting industry. Go Big was founded by a former All-Ivy player at Princeton University and 7-year NFL veteran, and a serial entrepreneur with online video expertise.
Go Big Recruiting's technology streamlines the recruiting process for both athletes and coaches by providing an easy to use, online contact management system integrated with a video platform.
Who We Are
Ross Tucker, Co-Founder & CEO
Ross recently retired from the NFL after a 7-year career that included stops in Washington, Dallas, Buffalo, New England and Cleveland. He started 24 games and played in 45 along the offensive line during his NFL career. Prior to the NFL, Ross attended Princeton University where he was a two-time Academic All-American as well as an All-Ivy selection for the Tigers.
In addition to his work with GoBigRecruiting.com, Ross has several media interests. He is a writer for Sports Illustrated.com, show host for Sirius NFL Radio, and a frequent analyst for FOX, SportsUSA Radio, VERSUS, and the YES Network.
Jasen Esposito, Director of Sales
Jasen played collegiate football at Kutztown University where he was three-year starter and a first-team All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference selection in 2002. While at Kutztown, Jasen earned a Business degree in Finance. He signed with the New England Patriots in May of 2003 as an undrafted rookie free agent.
After being released by the Patriots, he was allocated by the Buffalo Bills to play for the Frankfurt Galaxy in NFL Europe. He then went on the play two seasons with the Buffalo Bills in 2004 and 2005. Most recently, Jasen was selected to play for Team Tennessee of first year All American Football League. However the league was postponed for the season. Jasen joined The Go Big Recruiting Team in March of 2008.
Aaron Walker, Director of Business Development
Aaron played collegiate basketball at Gettysburg College from 2001 to 2005 after earning all league selections in both basketball and football at Wilson High School in West Lawn, Pa. He was a part of back to back Conference Championship Basketball Teams. During his tenure at Gettysburg College he earned a degree in Business Management and a minor in Spanish. He also was part of an original group chosen by national representatives to re-colonize a fraternity that had been dormant since 1995. After graduation Aaron went to work as an assistant Golf Professional in the Philadelphia Section until he joined Go Big in January of 2009.
