The 2008 school year will be over before you know it.  Now is the time to finish the year off on a strong note as you look ahead towards next season.  Whether it is in the classroom or the weight room, every day counts.  What are your opponents doing?  What is your competition for a scholarship or a chance to play in college doing to get ready?  Are you doing more?

It is important to set the tone in the weight room now whether you play a spring sport or not and have it carry over into the summer.  Step forward and be a leader both on and off the field.  Much of your success as an individual player is built now, during the off-season. 

Successful people are successful in everything they do.  They take pride in everything they do.  They are leaders.  Finish the year off on a high note.        

The 2008 football season is fast approaching.  Now is the time to take control of your football future.  Do not sit back and wait for your phone to ring.  If you are serious about playing at the next level, you have to be proactive with your approach.  Take the initiative!  Get your film in front of as many coaches as you can. 

College coaches are on an extremely tight schedule and even they can miss a good player or two.  This is why you need to stay on top of things and get your film out as early as possible.  Don’t leave any stone unturned.  Cover all your bases.  Take control of your future and know that you have done everything that you could have possibly done to play at the next level.
