We have heard recently from some prospects that they are not receiving all of the emails that get sent out from Go Big via the contact@gobigrecruiting.com email account because at times those emails end up in their junk mail or spam filter. 

These critical emails include the ones that are generated by the college coaches themselves like: 

1.  “Your profile has been reviewed by XYZ college” when a college coach at that school clicks on your name and reviews your video and profile information. 

OR 

2. “XYZ University is interested in you!” when a college coach with that program searches through our database of prospects and identifies student-athletes whose film he desires to view on Go Big Recruiting. 

It is critical that you receive these emails from the college coaches so that you know exactly where you stand so make sure to add contact@gobigrecruiting.com to your address book or safe list on your email account.  We promise to never spam you or send you junk mail.  All of the emails are either generated by the coaches or monthly important announcements from the guys at Go Big.

If you experience ANY issues at all during the ripping or uploading process, remember that the guys at Go Big can rip and upload your DVD to your account completely free of charge.  Just send the DVD to the address listed for Go Big and we will take care of it.

Because of the unique way in which the college coaches want us to format the videos, there can occassionally be processing errors.  Either try it again or send it to us and we will take care of it for you.

College Coaches will eventually want to watch a game tape and possibly even two if they know they are interested in you so there is no harm in sending them those.  But first, you MUST send them a highlight film online using Go Big Recruiting.  College coaches want to watch that before they decide whether to watch a full game or not.  The good news is that if you don’t currently have a highlight film available, we can make you one at Go Big Recruiting within a week and post it to your Go Big account.  Just go to the home page on the site or click here http://www.gobigrecruiting.com/highlight.php for more info.

One of the coaches at Dartmouth College, a prestigious I-AA (FCS) school that plays in the Ivy League, recently logged into their account at Go Big Recruiting and requested film from a number of prospects that fit their criteria both athletically and academically.

By the end of the day, over two dozen prospects had logged into their accounts after receiving the “Dartmouth is interested in you!” email and added Dartmouth to their list of schools to which they had sent their video online using Go Big Recruiting.

Multiple Dartmouth colleges then logged on that night and the next morning to view those prospects, several of which appear to be Dartmouth-caliber.  All of those student-athletes got emails confirming their profile and video had been reviewed.

That is just one example of the way in which a school can request, receive, and ultimately review your film online in twelve hours or less.  Amazing.  Try doing THAT with a DVD through the snail mail!
