JUCO/Prep School/Community College/4 Year School Transfers

Full Scholarships Occur At Every Stage of Baseball Recruiting

You’re out of high school but you are ready to move on from your current situation. Remember, coaches like experienced players. They’re mature and typically they come in hungry. It’s important to keep getting viewership-enabled video in front of coaches. Remember they can take mid-year transfers or if they’re on the quarter system at the start of any period. They also will have guys with academic issues, injury problems, disciplinary challenges and early draft departures that force them to fill slots.

If you’re unhappy at your 4 year school keep in mind JUCO baseball is very competitive and coaches have players drafted every year out of their programs. You can transfer into a JUCO from a 4 year school, play and then transfer back to a 4 Year or look at other options. Keep in mind if you weren’t drafted out of high school your #1 goal should be to make progress towards your AA or BA/BS degree first. Less than 10% of college seniors get drafted. From there to make it all the way through the Minor Leagues you’ll be competing against the best players in the world to build a sustained MLB career. Needless to say this is very difficult - so having that degree is extremely important.
